Description
Monocotyledons, Asparagus, Cymbidium perennial evergreen herbs, rhizomes life-long or oblique, with most of the thick roots. Leaves clustered, linear, slender, like orchids. Sometimes there are green or yellow stripes in the middle. Stems pull out from the leaves, grow into stolons at the top of the cluster, white flowers, often 2-4 clusters, arranged in an evacuated raceme or panicle occasionally appear purple petals inside; capsule trigonal oblate spherical, about 5 mm long, about 8 mm wide, each chamber with 3-5 seeds. Flowering in May and fruiting in August. [2] The plant has the function of purifying air, and the whole plant can be used as medicine.
